Contracts Department
Our contracts department currently carries out mechanical installation of all sizes throughout great Britain, our fleet of installation vehicles are fully equipped to cover most blue chip clients installation specifications which are of the very highest standards, our clients include the High street names such as HBOS, Nationwide Building Society, Smiths, Argos, NHS trust to name but a few. We also carry out full M & E installation projects for Interserve, Computershare and ONS. We have just completed projects at Tichfield, Newport and more recently Southport.

Engineers are all qualified in the CITB Refrigeration Gas Safe Handling, JIB and Corgi registered.
Our design team at the Bridgwater office run the project from design right through to final handover with the backing of a dedicated CAD drawing department to provide all design criteria and O+M manuals for the site.
The contract installation team technicians are fully qualified in every field of Mechanical and Electrical services, for example, on most of the major projects the teams will carry out full installation of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Heating, Electrical Services, Communication and Data Wiring, Alarm System, Ancillary Equipment, Environmental Controls and Building Management Systems this will often include Commercial and Industrial Premises.

Provision of public liability insurance to a minimum level of £10M.
Provision of statutory requirements for employers liability insurance.
Measures are in place to ensure proper management of contacts, purchase of materials and responsibility for subcontractors.
